UV DTF Pricing

UV DTF Gangsheets

Our UV DTF Gangsheet width is 11 inches wide.

We charge per linear inch for UV DTF Gangsheets starting with a minimum of 6 inches in length.   You can view our current pricing in the image. The pricing is dependent on the total length rounded up to the next inch. We will provide the print total along with a payment link before proceeding with any order.

Individual UV DTF Prints

All UV DTF orders are priced based on the above gangsheet pricing starting at $6.00.

For example: You want a name sized for a bookbag and it is only 1 inch tall it would still be $6.00.

If you choose a pre-printed stickers that we have on hand they are $1.00 each for a standard sticker or $2.00 for a 16oz wrap.

For wraps please keep in mind we size our wraps for our available cups. Please measure your cups before purchasing.

Apply it for me?

We will apply onto bookbags, bottles, etc for an additional $2.00 per application. We do not apply UV DTF stickers to vehicles or larger items.

UV DTF FAQs

Whats the difference?

UV DTF difference from standard DTF in that it is made for hard goods. Think cups, glasses, windows. Your chromebook/laptop/ipad case, your car? Slap it on there. That one T-shirt you dont know what to put on? Dont do it. For clothing and other soft flexible fabric you want to head over to "DTF-Direct to film info."

Why UV DTF over Vinyl?

UV DTF honestly looks better than standard vinyl. The printing process applies a gloss as a finisher that really makes colors pop out and protects the prints. The prints are also a bit more durable than standard vinyl.

Anything I should keep in mind?

While UV DTF is durable, it is brittle. It has some flex but it is not intended to be folded hard or flexed hard. If you try and flex it too much it can cause the UV DTF to crack. We have applied UV DTF to a number of items that were not hard like glass such as plastic book bags, lunch boxes, etc. So long as you apply it with something firm under it (like a book or a box) the UV DTF will apply.

We do not offer semi-transparency of any kind with UV DTF. Images that would print with a halftone effect for semi transparencies in standard DTF prints will be printed with solid white under those semi-transparent sections. If the printing program detects any kind of pixil, even if you cant see it, it will print solid white. (check out the acer chromebook in the photobar below) So please double check your images for the removed backgrounds. We print all images as they are sent to us.

You also want to avoid touching the back of the UVDTF print with your hands. It is VERY sticky and if you touch it chances are good that you just messed up your print. (We learned this the hard way)

During the peeling portion of the application sometimes a sticky residue is left behind. We have mostly encountered this with plastic bookbags. Dont panic! This residue CAN be cleaned off. We have had great luck using a combination of goo-gone followed up with alcohol and gentle rubbing with a papertowel. We generally use the goo-gone/alcohol combo on large patches and for tiny spots we just use alcohol.

We highly recommend handwashing only. I know some people say you can toss them in a dishwasher. But heat affects the adhesive and can cause it to lift or come off. You dishwash your cups at your own risk!

What about application?

UV DTF is applied in a similar manner to vinyl decals. UV DTF comes in 2 parts. You have the section that was printed on with a laminated top covering. This top covering when lifted pulls the UV DTF up with it similar to the transfer paper vinyl uses. You clean your surface (We like to use alcohol) then apply in a sideways motions, going from one side to the other with an applicator (We do offer them for sale) or some people use their credit card. You use a nice smooth motion with whatever tool you choose to use, get it on and use a gentle rubbing motion on the UV DTF itself to ensure a good adhesion (Not the excess laminate) then slowly peel off the laminate.

If you move to fast you risk damaging your UV Print if a section was not properly adheared. If the UV lifts when it is not supposed to you can easily press it back down and give it another rub.

I MESSED UP!

You accidentally put it on upside down,  you went too fast and tore the print or you accidentally stuck it to your hand and what you were applying it to and now you need to remove it. Dont panic and DONT apply whatever random remover you found hiding way in the back under the kitchen sink. Learn from our mistakes and dont follow them!

The UV DTF can be removed fairly easy from your hand with no additional steps other than some grumbling and handwashing. As far as your items go, you just need some heat.

You can use a hair dryer and heat up the area where the UV DTF is applied to melt the adhesive. Dont keep the hair dryer in one place too long. You wouldnt do that to your hair/skin so dont do it to the item you are removing the UV DTF from. As you heat it up, you will be able to scrape /peel the sticker up and off. It may take some time depending on how big of a sticker it is. If you dont have a hair dryer you can also use hot water. If you have an actual heat gun you can use that, just dont make it too hot. Think hair dryer hot, not fire hot.

Once it is removed there may be left over residue. You can usually remove this with some alcohol, goo-gone, soap and water etc.
