Drop Off Disclaimer-Embroidery


Although we take great care in handling items, we 

will not be held responsible (monetarily or 

otherwise) if something should happen to your piece. 


All materials can react differently to the embroidery

process. Some risks include holes, tearing of fabric, 

puckering, etc.


We will not be held responsible for any spelling or 

font errors. (monetarily or otherwise)

Please Verify ALL Spelling and Font Choices

Once and item is embroidered it is there to stay. We do 

not offer removal services or coverups due to risk of 

damage.


If you have a one of a kind item, heirloom piece, 

expensive, or irreplaceable. Please know by bringing in your item,

you acknowledge the above risks in dropping it off for embroidery.

otherwise) if something should happen to your piece. 


All materials can react differently to the engraving 

process. Plating can chip, Glass can chip or even 

break, Powder coating can be too 

thick or too thin, causing uneven engraving, or 

burning underlaying metal. Wood can burn and look 

differently from piece to piece, even among the 

same type of wood, especially in woods with 

different coloring

 

We will not be held responsible for any spelling or 

font errors. (monetarily or otherwise)

Please Verify ALL Spelling and Font Choices

Once engraved it is PERMANENT and Cannot be 

Removed.

Due to the nature of customized goods, we do not offer returns or refunds. 

All sales of goods and services are final.
